Shipping & Refund Policy

and shipping costs.
RETURNS -
REFUNDS:
If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose
to return any part or all of the order, you will be still
responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the
product to you and the costs to send the product back to us.
All shipping costs and FREE
shipping promotions are based on shipping to addresses within the
continental United States of America. Items shipped outside
the continental USA (ie. Alaska & Hawaii) will be charged for
additional shipping costs. If shipping your purchase outside
the continental USA, please call before purchasing to attain all
additional costs from our friendly customer service agents.
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. All
items must be new, unopened and returned in original packaging. You
must receive authorization from us before returning any items. If
you fail to receive authorization prior to sending us a return, your
refund may be delayed. Please email us at Gregg@LittleKidStuff.com
for authorization prior to making a return to minimize any delays in
receiving your credit. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please check the shipping address you enter when
ordering. If an address correction is required after an item
has been shipped, the customer is responsible for an $10 address
correction fee that is charged to us by the shipping company.
This fee applies to each box that is shipped. This fee also
applies to all items including items with free shipping.
All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the
original purchase. NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items
(train tables, furniture) can be significant, so please be sure the
product you order is exactly what you want and the published
shipping timeframes meet your needs.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel an order prior to
processing and/or shipping. You will be charged a 5% cancellation
fee. You must send an email to us at Gregglittlekidstuff.com
or call us toll free at 1-877-543-7883. Any shipped items that you
return are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs
that we incur, these costs include both the original cost we
incurred to ship the product to you and any subsequent costs to ship
the product back to us.
NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items (train tables,
furniture) can be significant, so please be sure the product you
order is exactly what you want and the published shipping timeframes
will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly
process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible
regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary
charges.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect all packages
promptly, any damage must be reported before 10 days for the claim
with UPS/Fedex to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is
damages during shipment, please save all packing materials & contact
us immediately at

1-877-543-7883. We cannot process a claim after the 10 day time
frame for damage claims. It is your responsibility to open and
inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has
occurred.

This Gadget Masters product is guaranteed for 60 days from
delivery date under normal use and service against defective workmanship and
material. This guarantee is void if the product has been damaged by accident
or unreasonable use, immersion in water, neglect, battery leakage or
improper installation, improper service or causes not arising out of defects
in materials and workmanship.
If the product fails as a result of defects in materials or workmanship,
Gadget Masters will repair or replace the product, at our option, when
returned, shipping prepaid.
