You simply take it our of the box and start furnishing and accessorizing it with items of your choice! These dollhouses are built by expert craftsmen, using only high quality materials. The farmhouse, bungalow, cottage, barn and homeplace are available only in 1" scale; the lighthouse and lightkeeper's house are available only in 1/2" scale. Everything you see in the links below is included! Alice's Homeplace is side opening; the rest are rear-opening.

Landscaping, furniture and figures are not included.

This dollhouse is an original, handcrafted work of art created by expert craftsmen.
The Victorian Cottage, Jr. features the following:

Silk-screened non-working windows with louvered shutters as shown and doorway with transom.
Stairway with baluster and railing.
Stained-shingle roof.
Finished hardwood floors, baseboards, crown molding and wallpaper (wallpaper may vary).
Also includes a covered front door entrance with posts.
Rooftop trim (crest) arrives unattached.
